Our Story

At the core of this vision is its founder, Smart Mgbachi, a Chartered Accountant with over six years of experience across accounting, audit, finance, business consulting, recruitment and international affairs.

Smart’s academic journey reflects a consistent record of excellence. He graduated as the University, Departmental and Faculty Best Graduating Student in his session and was also selected for the prestigious Chevron Scholarship during his undergraduate studies. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Accounting from Michael Okpara University, Umuahia, and a Master’s degree in Investment and Financial Management (Distinction) from the University of East Anglia, where he graduated in the top 3% of his class. He has also been awarded scholarships under the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) programmes.

Beyond academics, Smart has demonstrated a strong commitment to impact and community development. Through various corporate social responsibility initiatives, he has supported over 100+ students facing academic challenges, delivering over 100 free career and academic development sessions including masterclasses, tutorials and workshops. He has also reviewed and restructured over 120 CVs, many of which led to successful job placements within one to three months.

Professionally, Smart has worked closely with Human Resources teams over the past few years, contributing to talent acquisition processes and providing candidate referrals. He has also supported over 40 individuals and families in successfully relocating abroad for Masters and PhD programmes.
